계정을 지우는 방법은 두 가지입니다.
1. 앱이나 웹에서 로그인한 뒤 직접 탈퇴합니다.
2. 로그인할 수 없으면 메일로 삭제를 요청합니다. 앱을 다시 설치하지 않아도 됩니다.
마이 화면 맨 아래의 회원 탈퇴로도 같은 절차를 밟을 수 있습니다. 회원 탈퇴 버튼은 로그인한 상태에서만 보입니다.
리뷰와 게시판 글은 탈퇴한 뒤에도 남습니다. 지우고 싶으면 탈퇴하기 전에 직접 지워 주세요.
아래 주소로 메일을 보내 주세요. 메일에 다음을 적어 주시면 본인 확인 뒤 계정과 개인정보를 지우고 결과를 메일로 알려 드립니다.

계정을 지우지 않고 특정 정보만 지우고 싶으면 앱의 마이 > 설정 > 문의하기나 위 메일로 요청해 주세요. 리뷰·글·댓글은 각 화면에서 직접 지울 수 있습니다. 위치 정보 사용 동의는 위치 설정이나 마이 > 계정 관리에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
탈퇴하면 계정(로그인 정보), 프로필(닉네임·사진), 하트·팔로우·게시판 좋아요, 문의 기록을 바로 지웁니다. 백업에 남은 정보는 14일 안에 자동으로 지워집니다.
다음 정보는 아래 기간 동안 따로 보관하거나 남습니다.

You can also use Delete Account at the bottom of the My screen. The button appears only while you are logged in. Reviews and posts stay after deletion, so delete them yourself first if you want them removed.
Email us with the login method you used and the email address or nickname of the account. We will verify the request, delete your account and personal information, and reply by email. You do not need to reinstall the app.

When you delete your account, we delete your account login, profile (nickname and photo), saved places (hearts), follows, board likes and inquiry records right away. Information left in backups is erased automatically within 14 days.
